CALL FOR STUDENT PERFORMERS
PASA and PSBA seek student performers for the 2024 SCHOOL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE October 6-8, 2024 at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the Poconos. Application is for performing individual or group. Applications are due June 21, 2024.

We understand that if selected, all expenses above the honorarium provided by PASA and PSBA will be the responsiblity of the school district.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • All school districts of all performing individuals, groups MUST BE CURRENT MEMBERS OF PASA OR PSBA.
  • All performing individuals/groups wanting to appear at the annual PASA-PSBA School Leadership Conference must submit the following to PSBA: completed application for performing individual/group; unedited live recording of a minimum of two and a maximum of three selections performed during the school year (video clip hyperlink required).
  • Each application for performance must be signed by an administrator (principal or superintendent) certifying it is the intent of the group to appear, if invited.
  • All applications must be received by PSBA no later than June 1, 2023.
  • Invitations to appear at the 2023 PASA-PSBA School Leadership Conference will be issued
    by July 31, 2023.
  • A maximum of one performing group or individual will be selected from a school district.
  • Each performing individual or group will receive an honorarium. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the sponsoring school district.
  • Staging, lighting and audio-visual elements will be provided by the PASA-PSBA School Leadership Conference.
