Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing on district letterhead and be mailed to PSBA, 400 Bent Creek Blvd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, or emailed to conference.info@psba.org. The last day to cancel and receive a full registration fee refund is September 26, 2025. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received September 26, 2025, and after. Beginning October 10, NO REFUNDS will be granted on any registrations, meals or events. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
If a nonmember registration is approved, that individual is responsible for and agrees to pay any and all expenses associated with attending conference including, but not limited to, registration fees, overnight accommodations, food and beverage, tax, gratuity, and any other event-related costs. For your ease and convenience, all hotel registrations will be completed online at a special web address created by Kalahari Resorts & Conventions specifically for the PASA-PSBA School Leadership Conference. The overnight room rate is $185 per night, plus taxes.

(Reservations received after September 18 will be accepted on a space-available basis and the discounted rate is not guaranteed.)
Your departure date will be verified at check-in. Hotel charges may be incurred for early departure without proper notification.
Cancellation must be made 72 hours or more prior to arrival to receive full refund less a $30 processing fee. Less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival forfeits the entire deposit.
Per Kalahari Resorts policy, the resort does not accept completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms nor Purchase Orders to be submitted at hotel check-in. Kalahari has a dedicated team that approves these forms to ensure validity before attachment to the reservations prior to check-in. These forms should be submitted no later than seven days in advance to pareservationssupport@kalahariresorts.com. Accepted Kalahari forms can be downloaded here. It is highly recommended that attendees submit these forms at minimum two weeks in advance prior to hotel check-in so Kalahari can process them in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards, since the front desk will not accept these forms at check-in.
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the Poconos is a cashless venue. The resort will accept credit and mobile payments (Apply/Google Pay) as well as room charges through the RFID wristband received at check-in. Those who arrive with only cash may use the available kiosks to load their money onto a Mastercard that can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted. Additionally, Kalahari requires all hotel group guests to authorize a $100 hold to accommodate overnight folio charges. Conference attendees will be required to have this authorization placed on their account at check-in.
