Please note: Walk-in registration is welcome, but on-site registration does not include hotel accommodations. Overnight reservations must be made directly through Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.
In addition, this is a reminder that the School Leadership Conference and School Law Workshop are separate events with separate registrations and fees.
This worksheet is ONLY for use in gathering information for ONLINE REGISTRATION. DO NOT send worksheets to PSBA, as they will NOT be entered in place of an online registration. Registrations MUST be completed ONLINE ONLY. (Registration does NOT include hotel reservations.)
All cancellations must be submitted in writing on district letterhead and be mailed to:

The last day to cancel and receive a full refund of the registration fee is September 25, 2026. A $100 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations received on or after September 26, 2026, as food and materials will have already been ordered on your behalf.
Beginning October 9, 2026, no refunds will be issued for any registrations, meals or ticketed events. Refunds will not be granted for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
