The PASA-PSBA School Leadership Conference draws public school leaders from across the state. Live programming, peer learning and networking opportunities comprise the event, designed to inform and inspire. A significant element of the attendee experience is the exhibit hall, where decision-makers come to find out about the latest and greatest products and services to help equip them for the decisions they’ll be faced with throughout the year.

All booth space rentals include the following:

Once your exhibitor application is approved, you will receive an email providing you with access to the Exhibitor Service Center. 

The exhibitor portal is where you’ll be able to download your contract, manage your profile, register staff and customize your overall strategy to optimize your presence at the conference and to maximize the return on your investment. The information you provide will feed directly into our mobile application, website, conference program guide, badges and more. It is also the best way for you to stay up to date on conference details.

It's your class reunion

Act fast to secure a booth located in Reunion Square. This featured attraction offers prime booth real estate with ample opportunity for engagement and networking with conference attendees.

Take a walk down memory lane and relive your high school graduation in the 2025 PASA-PSBA School Leadership Conference’s exhibit hall. Attendees will learn about the newest products, programs and services to support the needs of their district. This year’s retro-themed exhibit hall features Reunion Square set in the center of the bustling attraction. Reunion Square sponsors will feature flashback themed attractions from the 1950’s through the early 2000’s creating the perfect photo opportunity. Reunion Square is this social hub in the exhibit hall and will also be the location for evening receptions and most meals throughout the course of the conference.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION DEADLINES

Three exhibitor representatives and their meals are included per exhibitor, if exhibitor registration is received by September 15, 2025. If the exhibitor registration is received after September 15, 2025, but before October 3, 2025, each conference registrant will be charged $45/person. Exhibitor registrations received after October 3, 2025, are not permitted entry to the conference. If an exhibitor representative arrives at the conference and is not pre-registered, they will be required to pay $75. This registration fee is $75 for each person that is not pre-registered and does not include meals. Entry to the exhibit hall will be denied until such fees are paid.
