Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing on district letterhead and be mailed to PSBA, 400 Bent Creek Blvd., Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, or emailed to conference.info@psba.org. The last day to cancel and receive a full registration fee refund is September 30, 2022. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received October 1, 2022 and after. Beginning October 22, NO REFUNDS will be granted on any registrations, meals or events. No-shows will be charged full registration fee.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is the official headquarters hotel for the PASA-PSBA School Leadership Conference.

Conference Lodging

Reservation Deadline: September 29, 2022 
(Reservations received after September 29 will be accepted on a space-available basis and the discounted rate is not guaranteed.) 

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is the official headquarters hotel for the PASA-PSBA School Leadership Conference. Several hundred guest rooms are available each peak night of the event — all with in-room mini refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.  Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. 

A discounted rate of $185/night (not including state and local occupancy taxes) has been negotiated for this event.

Departure date will be verified at check-in. Hotel charges for early departure may be incurred without proper notification.  

Cancellation policy: 72 hours or more, prior to arrival to receive full refund less $30 processing fee. Less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival forfeits entire deposit.

Per Kalahari Resorts policy, they do not accept completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, nor Purchase Orders to be submitted to us at the hotel check-in. We have a dedicated team that approves these forms to ensure validity prior to attachment to the reservations prior to check-in. These forms should be submitted no later than 7 days in advance to us at dellscallcenterfax@kalahariresorts.com or fax them to 608-254-6116. We highly suggest that the attendees submit these forms at minimum two weeks in advanced prior to the hotel check in so our team can process them in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards; since our Front Desk will not accept these forms at check-in.
